Below are answers to some of the most common questions about Tailor4less.

Can I modify my order?

As order modifications we understand: changes in style, measurements or fabrics. You can make changes to your order within 24 hours after placing the order, please contact our customer service team. After 24 hours, the garments have already been cut/tailored and can not be changed anymore.


How can I cancel my order?

If you have not paid your order yet, please go to your user account and delete the order. If you have already paid your order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team. We will then cancel the order and refund the paid amount.

 

Unwanted (not made-to-measure) products can apply for a full refund within a period of 7 days


What is Tailor4Less phone number?

Tailor4Less currently provides customer service in 6 languages per chat open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm (CET) where you can have your questions directly answered and 24/7 per email. We unfortunately do not have a call service.

 


Can I add an additional garment to my order?

As long as your order has not been send, you can add any garment, please contact our customer service team. Please note that your order may be delayed.


Can I send two orders together?

As long as none of your orders has been sent, we can send two or more orders together. If you have paid shipping costs because your order was below 100€, we will refund them. Please contact us


Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards. A Tailor4Less gift card is the easiest and fastest way to bring elegance to your friends and family.

 

You can buy one in 3 easy steps:

  1. Fill in the recipient’s details
  2. Set the value of the gift card (the amount you wish to give)
  3. Add a personal message to be delivered to the recipient

I have received a gift card, how can I redeem it?

The card includes a “gift code”. This code has to be inserted in your shopping cart before checking out. The code can be used several times until all the balance in the card has been used.

 

If the order amount exceeds the balance of the gift card, you can pay the difference either by credit card or by PayPal (see payment section)
