Below are answers to some of the most common questions about Tailor4less.

What if my suit does not fit perfectly?

Tailor4Less offers a Perfect Fit Guarantee. Bring your garment to any local tailor and we will refund the cost of alterations. All our products are hand-made and individually tailored for each customer so we make sure that the garments have enough extra fabric to be adjusted.


You can request a remake or an alterations refund via your Tailor4Less account


How can I apply for free alterations?

It is very easy,  follow these steps:

  1. Bring the garment to a local tailor

  2. Ask your tailor for adjustments made to your garments

  3. Access your Tailor4Less account, go to "Recover adjustment costs", attach the invoice and detail the alterations made. 

  4.  Tailor4less will refund these costs* within 72 hours


Do not forget to change the measurements in your profile.

 

Some conditions apply:

 

  • Alterations invoice must be submitted within 30 days after the delivery of the order

  • The reimbursement will only be made if you apply for the refund in the "Refund adjustment costs" section of your user account.

 

*Adjustment refunds are limited to:

 

  • Suits and coats: $50

  • Jackets: $35

  • Waistcoats: $20

  • Pants and skirts: $15


My garment cannot be altered, what should I do?

Within 7 days after the delivery of the order, log into your user account and open a new ticket to apply for a remake

Please enclose as much information as possible (pictures will be appreciated) to help our customer service team handle your case and send accurate information to our tailors for the remake.


The order received is not complete or is incorrect, what should I do?

Within 7 days after receiving the order, log into your user account and open a new ticket to apply for a resend.


Explain what is missing in the order and provide as much information as possible. Our customer service department will get back to you in 48 hours.
